Before you book blonde.

Which blonde package should I choose?

Start with the area you want brightened. Illume focuses around the face, Halo Glow maintains the parting and hairline, Luxe Lift covers the top, sides and crown, Radiance creates a high-impact three-quarter result, Full Glow-Up is a seamless full head, and Platinum Luxe is our most saturated blonde service. The quiz above gives you a starting point.

What is included in every core blonde package?

Your core blonde package includes foils, toner, a basin ritual, Wellaplex bond protection and a dry-off. Choose the +Blowdry version when you want a fully styled finish. Cuts and K18 can be selected as add-ons during booking.

What does toner do?

Toner refines the shade after lightening. It can soften warmth, create a creamier or cooler result, add shine and help the finished blonde suit your skin tone and inspiration.

What is Wellaplex, and why is it included?

Wellaplex is Wella Professionals’ bond-building system for colour and lightening. Its in-salon No.1 and No.2 steps help reconstruct and strengthen inner hair bonds during and after the chemical service. We include it because supporting hair integrity is part of every blonde plan.

What is the difference between Wellaplex and K18?

Wellaplex is included bond support used with the colour or lightener and after processing. K18 is an optional molecular repair treatment powered by K18PEPTIDE™ and can add another level of repair support. Platinum Luxe already includes K18 treatment and take-home.

Do I need a dry-off or a blow-dry?

A dry-off lets us check the colour and is included in core blonde packages. Select a +Blowdry package if you want a polished, fully styled finish before you leave.

Can I reach my dream blonde in one appointment?

Sometimes, but not always. Your starting colour, previous colour history, box dye, hair condition and the amount of lift required determine what is safely achievable. Bigger corrections may need a staged plan.

How often should I refresh my blonde?

Face frames and dimensional blondes can often grow out more softly, while high-impact or packed blondes usually need more regular maintenance. Your stylist will recommend a rhythm based on placement, tone and how much natural regrowth you are comfortable with.

Can I book if I have box dye or previous dark colour?

Yes, but please tell us your full colour history and send clear inspiration photos before the appointment. Artificial dark pigment can affect timing, price and what is safely achievable in one visit.
