Q: What is Studio REMMI?
A: Studio REMMI is a collective salon space located in East Perth, specialising in expert colour, bespoke lived-in haircuts, and professional hair extensions. Our collaborative environment brings together talented freelance hairdressers and brow specialist to provide a one-stop shop for beauty.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: No, we operate by appointment only. This ensures each client receives the time and attention they deserve. You can join our waiting list for unconfirmed appointments if we’re fully booked.
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer professional colouring, long-hair cutting, extensions, treatments, and styling services. We do not currently provide services for hair shorter than a bob. For a full list of services, please visit our home page.
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Book online through our online booking system. A deposit is required to secure your spot. Your booking will be pencilled in and confirmed by us shortly via email.
Q: Where can I find your prices?
A: Pricing is listed on our Blondes and Brunettes service pages. Pricing varies by stylist level — Master, Senior, Emerging and Junior. Additional charges may apply for extra product use or extended service times.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, card payments and Afterpay.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: At Studio REMMI, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We do not offer refunds for services, but we will happily make adjustments within two weeks of your appointment date if you’re not satisfied.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the full cost of the scheduled service being charged, along with the loss of any deposits paid. As a one-on-one, appointment-based salon, last minute cancelations leave us unable to refill the last spot. A new appointment will not be made until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Q: What if I’m running late?
A: Please let us know if you’re running late. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
Q: Can I rent a chair or workspace at Studio REMMI?

Q: What's included in a colour package?
A: All colour packages include foils, toner, a basin ritual and a dry off. Want a styled finish? Select a +Blowdry package when booking. You can also add a cut or treatment at checkout.
Q: Do you do a colour consultation?
A: Yes! New clients are encouraged to text inspo pics to 0405 901 253 before booking so we can help recommend the right package and stylist level for your hair.
Q: How long will my appointment take?
A: It depends on the service. Face frame appointments start from 2 hours, while a full Platinum Luxe (packed full head + K18) can take up to 5 hours. Timing is listed on each service page.
Q: What's the difference between stylist levels?
