What is the difference between Express and Espresso Root Refresh?
Express uses a faster-processing tint when you need a quick regrowth or grey-coverage appointment. Espresso is the traditional root-tint option. Choose a +Blowdry version if you want a fully styled finish.
Is Mocha Dimension an all-over brunette colour?
No. Mocha Dimension is the lowlight package. It weaves deeper pieces through blonde or brunette hair to create contrast, softness and depth.
Can Cocoa Tint make my coloured hair lighter?
Cocoa Tint is designed to refresh or deepen colour. Previously coloured hair usually needs a different lightening plan, so send inspiration photos and let your stylist assess your history first.
Who is Virgin Glow for?
Virgin Glow is for suitable natural, uncoloured hair wanting a subtle lift without bleach. It is not the right booking for hair that already has permanent colour through it.
Do I need a Gloss Refresh instead?
Choose Gloss Refresh when your main goal is renewed tone and shine rather than grey coverage, regrowth colour, lowlights or lifting your natural base.
Does my package include a blowdry?
Some core bookings finish with a dry-off. Where available, choose the +Blowdry version in Timely when you want a fully styled result. Cuts can also be booked separately or added where offered.
