The methods

Weft or
tape?

Both methods can create beautiful length and fullness. The best choice is the one your stylist can fit safely, discreetly and comfortably to your natural hair.

rmy Weft

Hair is secured in rows to create generous fullness with fewer attachment points. Often a strong fit for medium-to-thick hair and clients wanting a fuller transformation.

  • Available in 60g, 120g and 180g
  • 18-inch and 22-inch new-hair options
  • Rows are moved up as your natural hair grows
  • Ideal when fullness and length are the priority

rmy Tape

Lightweight tape tabs are placed in small sections for flexible, discreet coverage. They can be especially useful when your stylist wants more freedom around shape and placement.

  • Available in 60g, 120g and 180g
  • Fine, flat attachment profile
  • Tapes are removed, retaped and reapplied at move-ups
  • Ideal for strategic fullness and flexible placement

Protect your investment

The care
routine.

The product rule: use the shampoo and conditioner supplied with your new set. Avoid protein-heavy repair products unless your extension stylist specifically approves them; too much protein can make extension hair feel rigid, dry or coarse.
01

Brush gently every day

Support the attachment area with one hand and work from the ends upward using an extension-safe brush. Never pull through a knot.

02

Wash downwards

Keep your head upright, cleanse gently between attachments and rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner only through the mid-lengths and ends—not directly on tapes or weft tracks.

03

Dry the attachments completely

Gently squeeze with a microfibre towel, apply heat protection and blow-dry the roots, tapes or weft area. Never sleep with wet extensions.

04

Sleep with hair secured

Brush before bed and wear a loose low braid or ponytail to reduce friction and tangling overnight.

05

Protect from heat + water

Use heat protection, keep hot tools away from attachment points and minimise chlorine or salt exposure. Rinse, condition and dry promptly after swimming.

06

Keep your move-ups on schedule

Do not stretch appointments beyond the plan your stylist gives you. Timely maintenance supports comfort, blending and the health of your natural hair.

Common questions

Before you
commit.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Extension work needs a consultation so we can assess your natural hair, discuss your history and routine, colour match and confirm the safest method, weight and length for your goal.

How often will I need maintenance?

Most extension wearers return every 4–8 weeks, but your exact timing depends on your method, natural growth, density and homecare. Your stylist will give you a personalised schedule.

Will extensions damage my natural hair?

The aim is a method and weight your natural hair can safely support. Correct installation, gentle homecare and on-time maintenance matter. If your hair or scalp is not currently suitable, your stylist will explain the healthiest next step.

Can I wear my hair up?

Yes. Placement is planned around how you normally style your hair. Bring up your favourite ponytails, buns and parting during consultation so your stylist can account for them.

Can I colour or tone extension hair?

Extensions are colour-matched before installation. Extra chemical services can affect their condition and lifespan, so never colour, lighten, tone or use purple shampoo on them without speaking to your extension stylist first.

What happens if I have worn extensions before?

Tell us the method, how long you wore it, how your scalp and natural hair responded, and what you liked or disliked. Photos of previous installations are helpful if you have them.

Start the conversation

Let us see
your goal.

Before your consultation, send clear photos of your current hair—front, back and both sides—plus one or two inspiration photos. Include whether you have worn extensions before and which method.

  • Your name + best contact number
  • Your current hair from the front, back and both sides
  • Your inspiration photos
  • Your extension history and previous method
  • Your preferred length, fullness and maintenance commitment

Prices shown are current booking-menu prices and may change if your consultation identifies a different method, length, weight, colour blend or preparation requirement. Your final quote and maintenance plan are confirmed before installation.
