Will Smoothe Plus make my hair completely straight?
Not necessarily. Smoothe Plus is a keratin smoothing treatment rather than permanent chemical straightening. It can soften curls and waves, reduce frizz and make hair easier to style while maintaining body and movement. Your stylist will explain what is realistic for your hair.
How long should I allow for my appointment?
Studio REMMI packages range from 2 hours for short or fine hair to 3.5 hours for long, thick or coarse hair. Your hair's density, condition and the amount of product required can affect the final timing.
What is included in the price?
Your complete in-salon service is included: consultation, pre-wash, treatment application, processing, rinse, blow-dry and straightening. You also receive a full-size bHave shampoo and conditioner take-home pack.
What do I need to do for the first 48 hours?
Do not wash, wet or tie your hair up during the first 48 hours. If it becomes wet, dry that section and gently smooth it with straightening irons. Your stylist will give you personalised instructions before you leave.
How long will my results last?
Longevity varies with hair type, condition, washing frequency, lifestyle and aftercare. Using the supplied bHave shampoo and conditioner and following your stylist's advice will help protect your investment.
Can I have Smoothe Plus on coloured hair?
bHave describes its smoothing systems as suitable for coloured and chemically treated hair, but suitability still depends on condition. Your stylist will assess your hair and help plan the timing of colour and smoothing services.
